Become A Facilitator
We always need experienced facilitators who can help deliver our projects.
If you’re an artist with experience in a broad range of media – particularly photography – we’d love to hear from you. We especially welcome applications from people whose own practice already includes elements of collaboration in the community.
These are paid opportunities (subject to funding), and we match facilitators to specific projects based on their skills, experience and artistic practice.
If you’d like to get involved, please email team@eye4change.org with:
A statement of no more than 300 words telling us about yourself, your arts practice, your experience and specialisms, and why you want to work with us.
Your CV.
Up to four examples of your work, and evidence of relevant learning and engagement experience.

We’re proud that many of the people who’ve taken part in our programmes have gone on to support our work as volunteers and ambassadors.
There are lots of different ways you can volunteer your time, depending on your skills and experience. Volunteers help us by supporting our project facilitators, lending their admin skills, promoting our workshops and more.
In return, we offer full training and support – and a chance to be part of a friendly community of people who really care about what they do.

We tailor each programme to the needs and aspirations of the people we’re working with – whether that’s school pupils, community groups or employees.
We can deliver bespoke workshops to support team building and change management, and we will always adapt our training to your objectives.
We take a flexible approach, and can provide workshops as standalone events or as part of a wider project.

None of our work would be possible without donations. Thanks to all those who generously support eye4change, we’re helping more people find confidence, wellbeing and community through the power of photography.
